Handling High-Volume Hiring

LeoBrain needed an ATS capable of accurately parsing resumes, scoring candidates against real job requirements, and conducting proctored skill assessments, all while running on enterprise-grade infrastructure with strict security and data isolation.

PostgreSQL provided secure multi-tenant data isolation, while Open Policy Agent (OPA) implemented fine-grained role-based and plan-based authorization. JWT authentication completed the enterprise-grade security architecture with secure stateless session management.
